Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During busy periods or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Timeframes

We offer both standard and express shipping options. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Domestic Shipping: Usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: May take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount — be sure to check our homepage or banner for any ongoing offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly using the link provided in the email. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Shipping & Customs

We do offer international shipping to selected countries. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we’ll do our best to correct it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance or delivery confirmation for high-value items.

If your order was lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist with a resolution or claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.
